1. Burnout is a serious thing. It plays with your emotions. 1st, try getting plenty of rest. 8 to 12 hours of sleep.

2. Understand what cause your burnt-out. Was It remembering your past trauma? Are you over doing thing? 2nd, Know your limitations and triggers.

3. Racing against time is not healthy. 3rd, avoid deadlines on projects that is unreasonable.

4. No one is perfect. 4th, avoid being perfect, just do the best you can. This also help you from being upset if things do not go as plan. Be flexible and you won't be disappointed.

5. Our life is not supposed to stress us but built us into a better person from who we were yesterday. 5th, enjoy and learn from roadblocks of life. Do not let it trigger bad emotions where you end up feeling stuck. Be aware of the feeling and search for a positive feeling by listen to uplifting words or songs.

6. Outside get some fresh air and enjoy nature that surrounds us. 6th, replenish your energy with the ambiance of nature. The sound of birds singing on a tree can make you feel at peace and relax.

7. Take your time. Last but not least, Go at your own pace. We make many blunders in life when we try to make something happen faster than we can actually do it. If you move and think slow, have a early start to prepare you for each day. Some people need more time to process things than others.
