I run out of ways to compliment you. This is awesome, my friend! I love the repetition at the beginning, like a chant, or mantra. I was loving all of it and then I came to the acrostic and went "ooo!" My eyes lit up. That adds a simultaneous vertical and horizontal message, sort of similar to a cross... which accentuates the whole message here. An aCROSStic, if you will. I personally believe all creative energy comes from God. We are like prisms. We create our own unique colors, but He provides the Light, the Inspiration. It's clear to me you channel His loving energy. Your worldview is truly inspiring. I hope you win the challenge with this!!!! It's always a pleasure, dear friend. 🫶💕🫶

This is punchy, in a great way. Also, I learned a new word :) (deflagrate) Might be worth mentioning one line kinda sits weird for me. “Alight candles of discrimination” I know what you’re saying and I dig it. But I can’t help picturing an intrusive image in my mind, of lighting votive candles around a prayer altar around the intention of discrimination rather than the burning up of discrimination. I don’t think that’s a fault of your writing, and most people wouldn’t read the line that way. More likely I just got my wires crossed. Hopefully people will take your poem as inspiration, to burn away some of the bad and kindle more good :)
