Eat to beat, a simple creed,
To give your body all it needs.
For what we eat affects us so,
It's vital that we know and grow.
The fruits and veggies on our plate,
Are foods we simply can't debate.
They give us vitamins and more,
And help us feel alive and soar.
Proteins are another must,
To build our muscles and our trust.
From chicken, fish, and tofu too,
These foods will keep us feeling new.
But don't forget the carbs we need,
To give us energy and speed.
From rice and pasta, bread and more,
They keep us going, that's for sure.
And lastly, don't forget to drink,
Water's best, that's what we think.
It keeps us hydrated all day,
And helps us keep the aches at bay.
So eat to beat, and you will find,
That good health is always kind.
