Bad Mood
To My Mood, I Shall Not Succumb.
Outside, the sun is shining,
Inside, it is raining,
The kids are always complaining,
And my man won't stop mansplaining!
The laundry never stops,
And now;
I need the shops,
I'm losing my mind today,
It's probably a bad hair day.
Hell has broken loose,
There's a fight in my lounge,
I just wanna scream,
My lungs are bursting at their seams!
I slam the kettle on,
The dog has done a great big pong!
As if that wasn't enough,
The kids now think they're tough.
I put the television on,
Seems everyone is in a mood,
But out I must go;
Now, we need food!
I feel as purple as a thunder cloud,
And in my head, lightning strikes,
But as sad as today has become;
To my mood,
I will not succumb!
