Self help, because you are your greatest asset.
Where, What, Why?
This is a four part "Live life happy" self help series PART 1 Some times we all overthink, and it can be a big hassle in life, love, friendship, and work. It causes stress, anxiety, depression, lack of confidence, as well as accusations and unnecessary fights that are 100 percent preventable. I personally have struggled with this for years, and it even cost me my family and job.

Are You That Snorlax Blocking Your Own Path?. Top Story - September 2019.
Heyo guys! If you have ever played or watched Pokemon in your life, you might have realized what I'm talking about here. There is this giant Snorlax which sleeps in the middle of the road, blocking the path; and if you are playing it for the first time, then like me, you might have had no clue what to do, but you totally want to capture it... sorry to be the bearer of the bad news, but it's not gonna happen (unless you play some more and get a flute).

You Can Make a Difference
There's a slew of injustice in this world. There are people starving, murdered, and living in a hell I hope to never know. I think of these things often and how I can try to make a difference. How can I provoke social change with no money, resources, or means to do so?

How to Live an Efficient and Self-Motivated Life
Introduction One of the great sources of inefficiency in our daily living has to do with decision fatigue. By building efficiencies into your daily routine as good habits, you can free up a lot of brain power at critical times. By allowing yourself to focus all your thoughts and intentions on your goals when you are at your most creative, motivation will show up easily.

A Life to Live
I'm approaching 40. It's not an age that's particularly enhanced a viewpoint of dread... I'm not having a "midlife crisis," as they say. But, it is an age for which I hold great reverence. It's a midpoint: a place at which you should begin to witness the fruits of your labour, have a direction, and see your goals materialising to fruition. And, therein lies the ultimate evaluation... Can you see yourself living the way you considered you would, back in your early life, or in your mid 20s? If the answer is yes, congratulations. You've certainly fared well by comparison... But if your answer is no, then perhaps a change is required—a tweak, maybe, or a complete overhaul! The latter is perhaps a bit extreme, but given the startling rate at which men in their 40s commit suicide, I wholeheartedly support any method we take to find a way to combat the inevitable stage of questioning our happiness—not solely as men either, but with each and every one of us.

Let Go! Let Grow!
It was March when Oklahoma Sunshine Magic came to us. I lay on my belly on the south side of the north pond here on The Ranch. The sun had barely peeked over the horizon when she came. Kanoa had picked the perfect spot for the birth of her second foal. Tahos, the father of this foal, was sired by a Grand Champion American Saddlebred but had been lead-poisoned as a colt. The vet encouraged us to neuter him. He hated the process, and fought it harder than any horse I’d ever seen. We were sure we’d neutered him early enough, so Oklahoma Sunshine Magic was a surprise. She came thirteen months after Tahos was “proud cut.”

Finding My Niche
WHOLEHEARTED LIVING In 2008, at a free Personal Development (PD) seminar, I made my first conscious, determined career decision and commitment, ever. That was that I would work in the PD industry. Up until then, my career path was what I now call a "Lifestyle and next shiny object" path, during which I gained loads of experience and skills across many industries. I think "professionally" I would have been categorised as a "generalist." I ended up with 5 industry specific resumes, which meant that in any job, I could only use limited parts of my skillset and who I was.
