Why I'll Never Go Without a To-Do List Again
Make the bed. Check. Fold the laundry. Check. Go grocery shopping. Check. As a slightly neurotic and highly organized woman, I live for to-do lists. I use them on my phone, in Trello, on post-it notes, and even in email drafts. I wasn't hyperbolizing when I said I'm neurotic. But I'm also likely one of the most productive people you know (or don't know).

Kick Negativity to The Curb
With a ball and bat in his hand, a little boy says to himself, "I am the best hitter in all the world" - He then throws the ball up and swings at the ball but he misses. He picks up the ball and then says, "I am the best hitter in all the world" - He then throws the ball up and swings but he misses a second time. He picks up the ball a fourth time and then says, "Wow, go figure. I am the best pitcher in all the world."

What Quora and Medium Brought to My Life. What do you have Vocal?
I had experienced some trauma in my life. The kind that feels like someone punched you in the stomach so hard it took your breath away. The kind that leaves you stinking because getting up to take a shower is just too much work and not worth it. You completely shut down, isolate, withdraw into yourself. Don't answer your phone, your door because you are not sure you even exist. Do you? Can you feel this much pain and exist? About two weeks had gone by with me in a trance most of the time. Crying and was reminded of how alone I was. When I somehow found myself on Quora. I saw that people all over the world were also depressed. Heartbroken, or just felt unloved. It wasn't just me. They were asking for help. For advice, for anyone to listen to and understand. I started to answer other quorans. Advise the lost and the meek. Connect and relate with them.

What If You Can’t Tame Time Management?
If you take any book on time management, then the image of a successful and productive person, disciplined and able to control his time, run through it as a red thread, and thus he achieves his goals by the required deadline. This person is punctual, pedantic, uses a diary or special devices on a computer or phone.

Courage
When you have depression, you dwell on past experiences that negatively impacted your well-being. When you have anxiety, you dread over future possibilities that have yet to be manifested. When you have both, as they often go hand in hand, you can find yourself on a downward spiral toward rock bottom which can lead to some sort of ultimatum that will either force you to get better, or, unfortunately, seal your fate in misery, or worse, unless you have one thing; courage.
