Be Rebellious. Love Yourself
It is the norm today to not love yourself. In fact, it’s everything industries and the government bank on. I do not typically watch TV—actually, I haven’t watched actual TV in years. The other day, I sat down to watch a movie with my family, and on came the commercials. Truthfully, I had forgotten about them. There they were, though, still annoying, repetitive, and way too long. More so though, they were covered in passive-aggressive insults and supposed “solutions” to problems they love to convince people they have.

Love you
Love? What is love ? Is love life ? Are you love ? Love is a complicated word. I can explain what love is to you. But you need to discover what love is for your self. Love is not something you can express in formules or numbers or words. Its not invented by humans. Its invented by nature its like a energie. This energie is gives people hope and happiness and sometimes it gives you something more to life. You need to understand that if you want to acces the power of love you need to do something first. You need to love your self. Its possible but difficult. Before you give love to your girlfriend, friends, boyfriend or anything you want to love. You need to be aware of what love is and what love will do to you. Love is not something you can play with one day and the other day you can throw it away, NO! Its one of the most rare energie in this world. Please for the people who are heartbroken because of love it will be allright, Maybe not now but eventually you will be able to feel happiness and love again. You want to know why? thats because of the universe. You are part of the universe and the universe is in balance. I will not tell you exact the reason why, but you can find it here.

Learning to love yourself more and change the image you see looking back at you in the mirror
You know you have actually never seen yourself. Even when you look at yourself in the mirror you are actually seeing an image that your brain created of what you look like. In many ways it is accurate to what other people see when they look at you, For example, brown hair, blue eyes and plus sized. For many people the image looking back at them is inaccurate or they do not like what they see. Everyday is a struggle with the mirror showing you everything you don't want to see.

To Find Myself
To find something, you have to have either lost it, which infers that you had it at some point... or that you should have it because it is yours... or that you didn’t have it, stumbled upon it, and because of this it is now yours. I used to laugh at the idea of someone trying to “find themselves”, that is until I realized that I was lost.

Look out the window
It's spring 2020. The babies are hitting the ground running and work is busier than ever despite the situation at hand, all over the world with the pandemic of Covid-19. My parents don't come near us, though we talk each day, and even Daniel has learnt to speak to them through the phone - it's nothing like the snuggles they used to give him, but it's better than no contact at all. If it keeps them safe, and us, then I'm okay with it.

Beautiful Pain
We all feel frustrated some times in our lives, at different stages of it and for many different reasons, pain, some times could be one of those reasons, whether it’s physical, mental or spiritual pain, but, as in anything and everything in life we choose the way we see it, we choose to learn from it or let us be consumed by it, Beautiful pain poem intends to reconcile you with this type of feeling, to reassure you that no matter the kind of pain you are experiencing right now, it will only go away if you learn its lesson, if you understand it, if you forgive it and let it go, if you know that you are not the only one in the world with pain but on the contrary most of us have it if not all.

Good News During COVID-19 Epidemic
As the coronavirus pandemic is sweeping the world and news outlets are saturated with death tolls, infections and scary predictions, it would be nice to focus on some good news. Besides the main benefit of avoiding infection and spread of the disease, we have compiled some of the good consequences the quarantine and social distancing orders around the world have caused. During these difficult and uncertain times, it’s always good to look at the positive while still being informed of how this situation develops.

Forgiveness Is Not for Them...It's for You
I have worn hurt and resentment across my chest like a badge of honor. I have pulled the scabs off of old wounds myself just so others could see that I was bleeding. From the shadows, I would point in the direction of my offender and prosecute them over and over for a crime that they had committed years prior all because I refused to forgive.

A Letter To My Heart
For most of my life I have spent a lot of time and energy trying not to hurt anyone. I did my best to make sure that I was making everyone else happy and doing the things they thought were best for me. However, in doing that I realize that I neglected the most valuable thing in my life which is you. I hurt you and neglected you.
