healing
How to heal fully and properly.
Nourished within the river of sand below me.
Do you notice the rippling currents of the sand? How every fold is so perfectly created by the sea. A reflection of the mind, waiting for the moon to welcome the tide back up the shore, collecting footprints of lovers and strangers. How the sea so delicately forms patterns for ones mind to get lost within.

The Best Day is Now . Top Story - May 2020.
When I think about better days I don’t think about going back to my past. A lot of people are excited about the idea of getting back to work, getting back to the mall, restaurants, festivals...getting back to the way things have always been.

The Month I Analyzed Everything.
Dear reader, I write to you today with another letter of progress in my self-improvement journey. Last month was when I decided to embark on this adventure, and it was my first time recording/reporting my progress in such a formal (and public!) manner. I am relieved to see I've managed to stick to it, as I hope are you. When it comes to April, it was an easier month than last, but I will admit it came with its own new set of difficulties. This month I was faced with the challenge of acceptance, be it with myself or the world around me - and, surprise, surprise, it was all triggered by my (now) ex.

Lockdown Disasters. Part One.
What an absolute bitch this virus is turning out to be. Way back at the beginning of February, one of my university tutors asked what I thought about Coronavirus, at the time it was still just in Wuhan, China, so like a fucking idiot I replied “I’m not worried, the flu kills more people and I’m young and healthy”. What an ignorant twat I was three months ago. As I write, the official UK death toll is fast approaching 30,000, lockdown has been in place for over six weeks and although there is a review due on Thursday (07/04/2020), it is likely to stretch on for much longer. Some people seem to think it will only be a few weeks but honestly, I think it will be much longer.

Living the Dream
How I went from a farm boy to a boy making $1000 every day like it was a game. For real though me and my one roommate had bets with each other who could break $1000 a day for about a month sounds crazy. This was when I was only 18 years old and just moved out of my moms house and how did I do this will get into that right now.

Knowing what In know now, I can see how much Ive grown ,yet at the same time, what was my thought process and feelings through out the years.

Letting Go to Grow
Saying goodbye to the emotional baggage you've been lugging around for too long is far from easy. It seems to grow on you, clawing its way into your life, and at least for me, it's even been a twisted sort of comfort. It's big and heavy, sufficing for an excuse to stop doing things that make me happy, or stop pursuing my passions and exploring my opportunities.

Who are you?
Often times we fall into a rabbit hole when we begin to ponder on the question "who are you?". Personally, I feel the reason that happens so easily is because we have been shaped by a society that somehow "idealistically" holds our sense of identity. We often seek external validation and acceptance that when the question is asked we become conflicted because we are thinking or pondering about what someone would say because of our response. So, I'll help you out a little here. The next time someone asks the question who are you, you should answer, do you mean what am I. Why this response you may ask, the answer is simple. Who am I is reflective of the notion that our identity is subjected to this realm of existence or reality but the truth is, we come from far beyond this dimension. You don't have to be religious and if you are you should understand what I'm about to share even more. In the religious book called the BIBLE, it states in the beginning when man was created, the breath of life was blown into him making him a living soul.

See You Later, Lockdown!
So, we can all agree that lockdown is going on FOREVER. Quarantined life feels like the norm and social distancing is the talk of the town. And right now, I’m glad for it; it is keeping us a whole lot safer than if we were just mixing and mingling with each other during such crazy times.
