How to Always Save the Day
There is a wonderful technique I have started to use that has changed the course of my life. It was taught to me by a friend of mine, and I would love to share it with you. First, I must give you a word of caution. This is a technique that can improve and help you in every facet of your life. Through the use of this method, you will feel elevated, uplifted, and vibrant. You will start to uproot problems in your life by eliminating things that no longer serve you. You'll be able to tell the difference between essential and nonessential.

Boredom Is a Choice
I'm sure you've had this feeling. You're in the house watching TV. You're at work and hours seem to be passing you by. You're checking your phone during the day. Scrolling the feed because you're hungry for something. Anything to grab you for one moment. Anything to take you away as an escape from reality.

To Love Ones Self
What is the number one item in your life that you are constantly fighting with yourself about? Take a look at the first sentence and read it again. They key world is "yourself." We are living in a world with an exorbitant amount of pressure that is placed on us. We are constantly being compared to what other people look like, what they're doing with their lives, or where they are going, when they got the college degree, had the kid or the the all American dream—the White picket fence and 2.5 kids/dogs/ etc. When do we stop the comparisons and take a look at our own journeys as separate and equal?

A [email protected]. Tale
Art is my life. My life is Art. For as far back as I can remember, I was drawing. Any chance I got with a pencil and a paper I just sat and doodled. I’d get in trouble in classes for doodling instead of listening to the day’s lessons. I’ve lost count on how many times it happened. I was voted the “Class Artist” in grade school and would win awards in art all through eighth grade.

Release Your Fears, Change Your Life!
For my first blog post I have decided to talk about releasing fear. I feel that fear is a very misunderstood emotion that traps most people in a mindset that holds them back from understanding their true potential, along with their true selves. Fear blinds the minds eye from seeing beyond the boundaries of potential, it's like a filter that sits inside the brain that will rebound any kind of new belief that doesn’t match up vibrationally to what the fear is interpreting. The problem is, fear rises in the individual, despite any form of danger being present.

Emotional Funks
Emotional funks. We all get them. Which way do I go? What do I do? Why am I not moving? That's just the thing! Emotional funks are misunderstood. They're friends in disguise that remind us simply to DO SOMETHING. MOVE. They're opportunities to choose faith instead of fear. The presence of an emotional funk, existing for us to know that staying in that space isn’t what we want; they are reminders that we can choose to live in joy and hope.
