How to Bring Utmost Motivation in Moments of Downfall & Depression?
Sometimes it seems pretty messes up. Things aren’t at all going in your favor. It seems like you are in a free-fall situation. That’s the moment when you need to rise. That’s the moment when you need to showcase yourself. That’s the moment to show the utmost motivation. That’s not easier though. Not everyone has the ability to get along with that notion in the first place. People often lose their nerves. They lose patience as well as lose motivation in order to stay focused. That’s where the dreams start to fade. That’s where the dreams start to fall apart. All these are things bring chaos in lives. Don’t let this happen at all. Don’t let your dreams turn into a chaotic nightmare. It is not going to be a great thing for you. It isn’t going to get you out of your troubles. These are the things that you need to get along with to achieve what you are destined to. How would that happen in the first place? What would be the aspects that are necessary in order to do this in an efficient manner?

When There's A Strong Need to Create
I have and always will be a creative person. The act of making something beautiful feeds my soul in a way I simply can't put into words. Even devouring someone else's creativity is absolute euphoria. It doesn't matter if I'm writing, taking photographs, designing a kitchen or living space for a client, or driving down back roads with the windows down and singing along to my favorite Jimmy Eat World song - the transcendent feeling I get is as close to Heaven on Earth as I think it can get.

How to be motivated to study?
We are currently living in the most stressful period. Schools and universities have closed down until further notice. Exams cancelled. Graduations and proms suspended. I guess we can all agree that this is not we all planned our end of term to be like.

There is no magic outside the comfort zone!
You must have come across the images of Venn diagrams depicting the intersection of comfort / discomfort as Magic Zone. I don’t quite agree and that’s where the problem begins. This is the area where the specter of Inner Critic lurks around with self-doubt ready to make you question your efforts and belittle everything you have achieved so far.

Let's Talk Quarantine
Alright, hear me out. I asked a couple of weeks ago what everybody was doing during quarantine so I could make a list for anybody who needed some ideas. I sat on it. I viewed suggestions. I jotted down all the different things I was doing. I compiled information about people who were doing cool things in specific quarantine areas. If that’s what you’re here for, here are some starters...

Why Adventure & Life Coaching?
Life isn’t always easy. It comes with obstacles and challenges that don’t always have a road map. We all have answers to overcome life challenges, but we often need help finding them to achieve success and the life we desire. This is where a Life Coach becomes an asset - and I believe adding adventure into the mix is the best recipe.

Starting where I am
Sitting here thinking what if I would have been put all this energy into my dreams a long time ago, how far would I be today. I am 30 years old. I am a single mom of 4 an I gets the mommy job done. The way I feel is best. Last year I began my journey to following my Dreams. In January 2020, I began to give one hundred percent to my dreams. No matter how crazy people looked at me, or how it made them feel this is my life an i'm going to live it out loud. I saw the doubt in peoples faces but that didn't phase me. I just kept pushing an pursuing.

Social Distancing 101: Rapunzel's To-Do List
Puzzles. Darts. Baking. Paper mache. Ballet. Chess. This girl knew how to do quarantine. If you've been struggling to entertain yourself during these social distancing days, give Disney's animated movie, Tangled, a watch. In just the first twenty minutes of the movie, you already have a bevy of ideas given to you by none other than Rapunzel herself—or the Queen of Isolation, as I like to call her.

Prompts Are Meant to Inspire Your Creativity to Create Great Work
Back in January when I started Prompt A Day I was just looking to provide some daily triggers for your writing. Do anything you like with it was the idea. For the most part the daily prompt variety was varied. They were meant to provide ideas.

Time is Art:
Perhaps our problem isn't that we need to consume more information, more news, or more advice, but that we hesitate to pause - STOP, even during a global hiatus. What if asking looks like receiving a breather, to embark on the most important journey of our lifetime. The voyage inward. This time off could be the answer we've been consciously or unconsciously longing for since Donal Trump graced the oval office. And maybe, we've been so conditioned to produce and do-stuff, that we've failed to recognize who we are when we aren't working. Possibly, our desperate cry brought us to this juncture, but we can hardly understand it? Practically speaking, we should be able to. I do suspect, many of us are struggling with heard mentality - achieve or be eaten alive by the matrix! While this may or may not apply to you, it begs the question, why now?
