Looking Positive For The Future
Looking Positive For The Future During this Covid-19 Pandemic it's been very tough times for most of us and nothing has been easy about what's going on. Unfortunately, I'm one of them in the statistics that is unemployed in the UK because of Covid-19 and not only that I'm in the high risk category as well, so been shielding so I don't catch this awful disease.

Twelve Steps to Sustain Hope
I've sat down repeatedly over the past week to write an article outlining my favorite "sustainability hack," and struggled. Not because I don't have favorites--there are many, and I'll list them below--but because the biggest hack I am still seeking for myself is how to stay hopeful that sustainability is possible.

Stepping Into Sustainability
Sustainable. The word "sustainable", according to Dictionary.com, is an adjective defined as, "able to be maintained at a certain rate or level". "Invenstopedia" describes the idea of sustainability as, "focusing on the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs". That's it. Plain and simple. Now that we know the definition of sustainability, shouldn't we all inherently want to strive for this? To ensure that our future generations will be able to thrive on this Earth we left them?

How I got a share portfolio with 1 million shares, in 6 months by chosing not to do something ...
Have you ever added up how much you spend on cigarettes in a month? At the current time it costs $ 59+ for a packet of cigarettes, I smoke a pack a day that added up to around $1,800 going up in smoke literally. As a pensioner I simply could not afford it when the cost of smoking reached that level, and I've been trying to quit for the last three years.

Setting Goals
What are goals, and why do they matter? A goal is a future task created which a person or group of people would have to work for. One might want to buy a car, so a goal would be to collect enough money to buy a car. A student in school would have a goal of getting a degree or certification. A person might even have a simple goal of waking up at a certain time in the morning.

The Power of Grit: Acquiring the Apprentice Mindset
As I sit here, I feel incredibly misunderstood. You see...I read a lot. News articles, gossip, fiction, self-help books...you name it. Suffice to say I have a lot of ideas. My language broadens. My vocabulary enriches. My communication thrives.

Goal setting model for high performance and motivation (1000+ experiments back it up)
Goal setting is not new anymore. You would have heard and learned about S.M.A.R.T. (E.R.) goal-setting frameworks. Plenty of detail is available on the internet related to this framework.

Don't Rest on Your Laurels
Complacency is the killer of any sustained success. What you have done in the past is in the past. Unfortunately, you cannot rest on your laurels for very long. One of my favorite expressions in the English language: “Don’t rest on your laurels” means to not be complacent with what you have done and to keep moving forward. Success is only temporary and while it can be lasting, if you don’t sustain what you’ve done to accomplish more, you may find yourself back at square one. You can be satisfied with your achievements and recognize them, but it is not wise to continue relying upon them when you need to be aware of what you have to do in the present and in the future.

This Uber Driver changed my perception
I was sitting tight in line for a ride at the air terminal. At the point when a Uber taxi pulled up, the primary thing I saw was that the man was cleaned to a splendid sparkle. Sprucely wearing a shirt, dark tie, and newly squeezed dark pants. The Uber taxi driver leapt out and adjusted the vehicle to open the back traveler entryway for me.
