Toxic Habits That Successful People Don't Do
Perhaps one of the most uncomfortable truths about life is that sometimes, you can do every little thing perfectly and still fail. It's terrible, but life is not fair. However, in the majority of peoples' cases, the reason that they are failing at their goals doesn't really have much to do with bad luck.

Reasons Millennials Are Under Incredible Pressure
I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t struggling lately. Emotionally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, I’m exhausted. Everything I’ve been going through the past year, makes it really easy to just give in to all my insecurities and just hide away from the world. Those are the days I’ve found it’s THE MOST important to get up and prove to the world I’m not so easily defeated. You're allowed to cry, you're allowed to scream, you're allowed to feel insecure, just don’t give up.

Don't Think. Just DO
Never have I ever had this mentality. I have always heard it from successful people but never took this saying to heart. Don't think. Just do. I started KeemZtv right at the beginning of 2018. I dont know how it came to me but it just did. I had been trying to find myself for many years, but could never get to the point of doing what it was that I wanted to do. Thoughts would always flash in my head of being someone who had it all figured out. The successful confident charismatic just all around great guy taking on the world. Negativity would always darken those flashes as quickly as they came. I was in a dark hole and wanted to be out, but didn't know how.

There is patience and consistence in temperance, kindness and empathy in ubiquitous understanding, as well as strength and stability in modesty. I have understood the difference between achieving knowledge and achieving wisdom, and from what I have learned I have decided that I am neither wise nor knowledgeable.

Kicking the Habit of a Lifetime. Top Story - March 2018.
For as long as I can remember, I have turned to food when faced with sadness, anger or any other kind of negative feeling. Rather than seeking support from my family or friends, I would find comfort in a family-sized tub of ice cream, or a large multipack of crisps. After a binge, I would be so ashamed that I would hide the wrappers under my pillow or stuff them down the side of my bed so that my mum didn’t find them. Slowly, I gained more and more weight and to the outside world it was a mystery because as far as they were concerned, I had my regular three meals a day and maybe the odd snack, however, I knew the truth. I knew exactly where the weight was coming from, but I just didn’t have the strength to stop it. It was easier to eat than face the real problems that were haunting me.

A Work in Progress
At the age of ten, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. For those of you that are not familiar, Hypothyroidism fucks with your metabolism. A lot. To the point where I was gaining weight just for being alive. Literally everything I ate made me heavier and heavier, and I didn’t even realize it until the 7th grade. I’ve lost a tremendous amount of weight since then, and am creeping closer to my ideal weight, but the feeling of being heavy has never left me. However, I have come a long way on this journey of finding self-love and being able to live my life for myself. That is why I wanted to share some of my thoughts and experiences, in hopes that whoever reads this might find revelation in it.
