Getting fit or losing weight has been one of the most talked about subjects in today's society, weather your looking to lose belly fat, gain muscle or getting lean everybody struggles at first, but what is the secret to getting results?

How To Stay Consistent On A Diet

If you are consistent, if you power through your workouts and diet then you can never fail, but its about staying consistent not for days not for weeks but for months or a lifetime.

So how can you achieve this without going mad, its simple, enjoy it, enjoy the food, enjoy the workouts, put simply if you enjoy what you are eating you can never fail, you wont come of the diet because you wont want to, you MUST enjoy what you are eating, and it is possible to get incredible results from eating what you love.

But I'm not talking about lots of deep fried foods or take outs I'm talking real stunning food like homemade incredible meals such as, healthy pancakes, sweet chocolate smoothie, super high muscle gaining burgers, Low carb cheesy pizzas!

There are lots of incredible diets out there but you have to pick one that's right for you, something that you can enjoy and stay consistent on, remember if your consistent you will have results.

How To Stay Motivated When On A Diet

Motivation has been one of the hardest things to achieve when trying to lose weight, or gain body results, So how do you stay motivated?

There are many tricks to help keep you motivated, a huge one is to take pictures of your self results through out your die and workouts to keep an eye on how much your losing or gaining.

Another would be to start a diet with a friend or family to keep each other going and to push each other as hard as you can, and to gain and compare results.

Introduce weekly treats or rewards for the progress you have made, this way it gives you something to work towards.

Set a date for when you want to be your best you, again this introduces a way to work towards something.

There are many ways to stay motivated its just about finding what's right for you.

Weight Loss Hacks

There are many supplements and shakes to help not only boost your results but also to help you stay on track as well as making sure you don't miss out on all those important vitamins.

The most popular and well known is protein shakes that come i hundreds of exciting and incredible flavours as well as being extremely useful for energy and protein, they also are available for people with allergies or lactose or even vegan, I personally love a shake its a huge part of my diet and allows me to experiment with different recipes, I usually buy from The Protein Works, simply because they are great quality and always have a high discount.

Summary

Weight loss can be so hard on us, both mentally and physically, every time you fail, have one to many cheat meals or even fail exercising, get back up again, and again, set out a plan for yourself and never stop.

Work out at least 4-5 days a week, drink plenty of water, treat yourself, eat clean and most importantly be proud of yourself.

Low Carb Oatmeal Anyone ?

For me this is the perfect oatmeal, high in protein while staying low in carbs to build that lean muscle. Oats in general are incredibly good for you, high in fibre and are crucial for a healthy diet, as well as being dynamic and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 40g Oats
  • 40g shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Full Fat Greek
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 40g Raspberries
  • Almond Milk

Instructions

  • Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix up together.
  • Add your almond milk until a smooth consistently
  • Add your Raspberries, Greek, and Honey on top and enjoy

Simple, easy and incredibly delicious, what more could you want, super high in protein, a fantastic way to start your day.
