How Jesus’ Teachings Can Open Your Pineal Gland Today

Understanding Christ Consciousness Within

By Horace WaslandPublished 10 months ago 3 min read

They say the kingdom of God is within us, but what if that kingdom is more literal than we thought? I used to take those words metaphorically—just poetic language meant to inspire good morals. But the deeper I dug into the teachings of Jesus, the more I realized he might have been pointing us toward something much more profound: the awakening of our inner divine connection, what many now call the Christ Consciousness. And intriguingly, this awareness may have a lot to do with a tiny, mysterious part of our brain—the pineal gland.

Let me back up. Like many people on a spiritual journey, I stumbled into meditation, sacred geometry, and ancient wisdom, looking for meaning beyond the everyday grind. That's when I kept coming across this idea that Jesus wasn’t just a teacher, but a guide to activating higher states of consciousness. In particular, his words seemed to echo the purpose of awakening the third eye, the energetic center often linked to the pineal gland.

The pineal gland—tucked deep between the hemispheres of the brain—has long been associated with spiritual insight. Ancient cultures revered it as the “seat of the soul.” And when I looked at Jesus’ life through this lens, it felt like everything he did was meant to help us unseal this internal eye and see the world differently.

Take his message about stillness. “Be still and know that I am God.” That’s not just a call to quiet time—it’s the essence of meditation, the very practice that stimulates the pineal gland and brings clarity from within. Or when he said, “The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.” I used to skim past that verse, but now it reads like a direct reference to the third eye—our pineal center—bringing enlightenment.

And when Jesus talked about rebirth—not just in the afterlife, but in spirit here and now—I realized he was pointing toward transformation. A kind of spiritual activation. Not through doctrines or fear, but through presence, inner knowing, and deep, unconditional love.

That love is what really cracked me open. Christ Consciousness isn’t about worshipping a historical figure—it’s about embodying the essence of divine awareness that Jesus represented. Compassion, humility, and unity. The moment I stopped looking outside myself for salvation and turned inward, something shifted. It felt like I was finally tuning in to the same frequency Jesus had been broadcasting all along.

So, how do we actually activate this? For me, it began with three simple but life-changing practices:

Meditative Prayer – Not the “ask and plead” kind of prayer I grew up with, but the silent, receptive kind. Just being still and listening. This, over time, reawakened a calmness in me I hadn’t felt in years.

Detoxing Mind and Body – I cut back on fluoride and processed food, both known to calcify the pineal gland. As my body cleared, so did my mind. I started dreaming vividly again. My intuition sharpened.

Living the Teachings – Forgiveness. Service. Radical honesty. Jesus didn’t just preach these ideas—he embodied them. When I tried to walk that path, I felt something unlocking inside me. A deeper peace. A knowing that I was connected to something vast, eternal.

Opening the pineal gland isn’t about crystals or esoteric rituals (though those can support the process). It’s about shifting how we see. Jesus was always pointing people inward, away from the temple walls and toward the heart. His real miracle was reminding us that divinity isn’t up in the clouds—it’s here, in us.

The pineal gland may be a doorway, but Christ Consciousness is what you find when you walk through it.

And maybe that’s the true Second Coming—not a person in the sky, but the awakening of divine awareness within each of us, here and now.
