How To Start a Blog
WHAT EXACTLY IS "DOCUMENTING"? Some of you may look to the dictionary on what the definition is — record (something) in written, photographic, or other form. You're not wrong to look to this for purposes of understanding the word itself. But, it's not intended to be taken as literal as it's definition.

How To Convert Your Mountain Bike To The City
Surely many of you will have a mountain bike and yet never go to the mountain, they use it mainly to get around the city. This situation is not uncommon as mountain bikes are among the most common on the market. They are so sold, mainly for their versatility and for the wide price range with which they can be found.

How To Entertain Yourselves At Home
Hello my Vocal friends! I hope you are having a splendid day today! Home is a great place! Some people like to stay home more than others, and that's perfectly fine! Some people love to go out and explore the world around them, and that is also very good! However, circumstances such as the weather, our personal matters, mental or physical illnesses, high levels of crime in your area or a public health crisis (e.g. The Coronavirus Pandemic) can determine how often we stay at home. Staying in one place for prolonged periods of time can get boring, so we need to find things to do to keep ourselves busy and feel good at the same time!

How to remove a splinter from your foot
There are many ways to remove a splinter or some other object from your foot. One way is to use tweezers but sometimes the object will break and make it impossible to remove the splinter. I once had a splinter in my foot for several weeks since I could not remove it. What did I do to get rid of it you may ask. I took some tape (grey tape or any strong tape will suffice) and cut a piece to cover that portion of my foot. I then let the glue dry as I went about my business. I waited roughly fifteen minutes and then I removed the tape. I slowly peeled off the tape and once I got to where the splinter was there was mild pain. It was the same pain you would get whenever you walk on it. I made sure to pull the tape off slowly to make sure I got the splinter. After that I tossed the tape with the splinter. There was still some glue on the bottom of my foot so I had to clean that off but no more splinter.

Human Capital
The world is becoming more green. But it’s important to not overlook that it is also becoming more or less black and white... double entendre. Yes, with the recent protests over the unjust murders of countless American citizens, and the rise of a global pandemic... things have been, tense... to say the least.

Small Steps, Bigger Impacts!
What are you doing to help out the environment? As a 23-year-old Latino, my parents have taught me to never waste anything unless it has absolutely no use. I grew up with doing peculiar things, that at the time, didn't make sense to me. However, little did I know, those peculiar things ended up being small everyday life hacks, as well as being something that helped the environment.

Be Kinder to Yourself, Save the World
The world is on fire. We know this. Humanity might not make it. Tipping points have been activated and social collapse isn’t far behind. The planet is in a very, very bad way, and it’s all our fault. We did this. Humans did this.

A Housekeeper's Guide to Safer Cleaning
I am a seasoned hospitality professional with two decades in the cleaning industry. I have been a hotel room cleaner, a laundry attendant, a room inspector & trainer. I also have managed Housekeeping and laundry in a 200 room capacity hotel. I am here today to talk about cleaning, products and the dangers we are imposing on both ourselves and our environment. Although commercial cleaning is not the same as residential, the risk factor is still involved with the usage of chemicals.

Little Things for our Planet
Saving our planet is a big deal. So, it's only fitting that many of the sustainable lifestyle changes we are told to implement are big as well. It's never a bad thing to shoot for the sky when it comes to living sustainably, but for those of us who might feel intimidated, it's important to remember that starting small is better than not starting at all.

Compliance and Behavioral Conditioning Channel Guide Install
I worked on the following behavioral conditioning piece to be part of a larger Mind Control themed channel. It's looking like that is not going to be released due to COVID from my partners so I am sharing this here. I'm really not sure that I will continue along this line to take over the project. This basic module will allow a person to establish a programmatic line of themed mind control units to be downloaded. This module here states it's purpose below and is a draft that is ready to be recorded. I may do that later, but I will also encourage my fellow MCs' to take up the gift and make it your own. Remember to invite me to participate and share credit where credit is due. Perhaps I will find a kinky partner seeking to take the lead on this. This is shared for informational use only. Should you use this you'll be making the choice to do so. Use it at your own risk.
