Lush cosmetics is a company and not a person. Mo Constantine was the founder of lush cosmetics, just to know bath bombs were invented in 1989. Now you know a little bit of history about bath bombs. let’s get to the fun part!
The Ingredients To Make Bath Bombs

The ingredients you’ll be needing to make the bath bombs are…
- Baking soda
- Citric acid
- Epsom salt
- Cornstarch
- Coloring pigment
- Almond oil or melted coconut oil
- Essential oil
- Bath bomb molds
- A bowl
- Spoon
- Water
Dry Ingredients
First thing First, put all of the dry ingredients in the bowl, which are Cornstarch, Epsom salt, Baking soda, and Coloring pigment. Put 1/2 cup of cornstarch and 1 cup of baking soda. Then mix it together with your spoon. Ok, next you put 1/2 cup of Epsom salt and coloring pigment (add how much coloring pigment that is needed until you like the color) just to know the coloring pigment is optional.
Wet Ingredients
After putting the dry ingredients you’re gonna add the wet ingredients next. The wet ingredients are Citric acid, almond oil, or melted coconut oil, water, and essential oil. So put 1/2 cup of citric acid, 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of almond oil, or melted coconut oil, 3/4 tablespoon of water, and 12–15 drops essential oil. Then mix it up with the dry ingredients in the bowl.
Time to use your hands
Now it’s time to use your hands, mix up everything in the bowl with your hands, and then use the bath bomb molds to mold the shape of the bath bombs.
