Vocal Deep Cuts 6
Hey! It's time for another edition of Vocal Deep Cuts. I honestly can't believe I've done five so far. That means, in the past, I've showcased 45 different creators. Thank you to everyone who has shown support for this series. As I have always said, I will only stop it when it feels like interest is dying out.

Happy Birthday Hip Hop
I absolutely cannot believe that today, August 11th 2023 is the 50th birthday of Hip Hop culture. This means so much to me because Hip Hop plays such an important and positive role in my life. 30 of Hip Hop’s 50 years on this earth have been part of my very foundation and upbringing, so I have to write a letter expressing my love for Hip Hop, the positive impact that it has made and pay tribute to the Hip Hop artists who have inspired me.

I Feel Like a Bee with No Wings
Hello my loves. I've been away for a while. Don't fret, I haven't been lost in the midst of writer's block. In fact, I've been lost within myself. I've been terribly unwell these past few months. It swelled and nearly covered my eyes - it was awfully itchy.

Vocal Deep Cuts 5
Another Monday, another random picture of deeply sliced fruit, means only one thing - another edition of Vocal Deep Cuts. I said when I published the first edition of this series that I would continue doing it if there was continued interest in it. I am pleased to say there has been, and here we are for the 5th in the series.

Thank You Wes
So I realized today is the birthday of Wesley Earl Craven aka the Master of Horror aka my number one top favorite filmmaker ever aka one of my heroes of writing. Wes Craven’s life was no doubt defined by the great body of cinema that he left behind and I wanted to highlight his cinematic masterpieces that helped to shape me as an artist.

On Creative Burnout
I've hit a wall, and I'm probably burnt out creatively. I've been thinking to myself: I can't be burnt out right now. In fact, I feel like I'm in a sort of creative flow at the moment. I've been writing frequently, and big ideas have been at the forefront of my mind, so how can I sit here and make this claim?
