Why Publish Publicly?
I’ve done a few bits of casual blogging here and there in the past and have been wondering if it is something I should get back into, at least for the next few months as I’m going through a period of change in my life and feels as though it might be a nice accompaniment to help me achieve my goal for the year. It’s one you will have certainly heard before — it might even be one of your own resolutions for the year; to be more creative.

How To Build a Relationship with Remote Employees
Employer-worker relationship plays an important role in the growth of the company. Just as companies invest a huge sum in maintaining relationships with their clients, they should adopt a similar approach in maintaining healthy relationships with their employees. Given the benefits that remote employment offers, companies are proactively willing to explore that option as it has surged from being 9% in 1995 to 37% of the total work-force in 2016. As the number is constantly rising, it is believed that the concept of being physically present at the workplace will extinct as remote working has accrued mutual benefits to the employer as well as the employee. However, that doesn't mean that will be the end of all the problems. On the contrary, it will subsequently create new ones. Remote working can cause disengagement in the employer-worker and would erode the camaraderie amongst co-workers. A disengaged relation can lead to problems that can nullify the benefits of remote working. So companies must take into account all the factors at play and make decisions that nurture strong and healthy relations with the employees.

In every civic and civil society, in every city, town, and village in the western hemisphere, the UK notwithstanding, you will find the masses going off to work for their employer. Some work five or six days a week, some part time, but most people will, by and large, be an employee of either a private, governmental, or third sector organisation. And certainly when an individual secures a new role and in the early days of that job, the employee will feel a sense of pride, purpose, and accomplishment as they participate and contribute to the social economic mix and basic practicality of being a productive and useful member of society. And on top of that, there are those essential and first response services such as police, paramedic, hospital, and fire whose staff believe their jobs are more of a calling to serve the greater public. And so we can see why going off to work for most people is normal and part and parcel of a wider societal conformity that the majority of the population are socialised and conditioned be obedient to and comply with literally as soon as they enter the formal education system.

On My Way (Working for Moeller)
So, like I said, I haven't had many jobs in my life cause, I'm usually pretty good at keeping them. This place however, felt the need to "get back" at my name because my brothers created a shitty look for the family in the time that they were there. The people of the company LOOKED for any reason to get rid of me BEFORE I made it through my 90 day probation. They did it 3 times, and each time it was COMPLETE BULLSHIT but, I had no power over the situations.

When I was five, I had learned that I had a love for art. I would draw every chance I could get. It was just a passion I held at that early age. Cartoons, obviously, were an influence at the time. As I've grown older I've only gotten even better. Even though I no longer have a career in drawing like I had always dreamt I would, I did have the opportunity to work with an independent multi-media company. This company was reaching popularity because the man that had founded it was cunning and intelligent. Despite coming off as independent, he was actually quite kind and helpful. At least I had thought so.
