My Adventures as a Pizza Delivery Driver
If you have ever been robbed of anything before, it is one of the worst feelings in the world. Having said that, my story begins. First of all, let me give you a brief description of what kind of car I deliver pizzas in. My car came from an automotive auction, and the only key that I have ever had to the car is the ignition key. No door key, no trunk key. The right front fender is bent all out of whack and is held on with a zip tie. Also, there is no front grill on my car. Oh, by the way, the car is a Honda.

Power Trips Trip You Up
Power Corrupts. Power affects people. Power interferes with the ability to think straight. Power drives those with any significant amount of it to become desperate and irrational to hold onto it; to assert that their view of their own position as a reality. They will start to "flex" and pull rank just to assure them that they can. A common saying holds true here: "Any boss who has to say they are the boss is not the boss."

The Price of Education and Teaching: Part IV
When I finally got my letter of admission to the only university I'd applied to, I was just happy I'd been accepted and almost decided not to go. However, the teacher I was working with as an assistant told me I had to go. I told her I'd already missed the deadline and would have to pay a late fee; she told me to pay the late fee and get out of her classroom; if she hadn't said that, I wouldn't have budged. I turned in my resignation to the district and started making packing plans.

My mother's death numbed me for weeks or months, and I literally lost all sense of time. I kept going to school only to not be home where mom's life had ended, and I wasn't sure I could live there much longer, but I knew I had to stay in school.

Employee of the Year?
There are a lot of people who go to work every day just waiting for, and hoping for, an opportunity to get out of their current position. They get up every morning dreading the thought of going into that place one more time. They feel like they have been skipped over for promotions, looked down on because of their perceived low position in the company, and stuck where they are until something better comes along.

There is no worse time, weather-wise, as when it is raining, storming, thundering, lightning, hailing, and the wind blowing furiously outside to be delivering pizzas. Pizza Delivery Drivers are like the Post Man, we go in all kinds of weather, except I do not go in the snow or any kind of bad road situations that may arise in the winter months of the year due to inclement weather. Is University Right For You?
If you're reading this, then you're probably wondering if university is the right choice for you. As I write this, I'm having the same thought. Let me explain. Mid-way through high school I discovered my passion in life. Or at least one passion in life. I wanted to be an aerospace engineer. I wanted to build new and ever evolving technologies for space. It was then I realized the work it would take to get there. It would mean buckling down, studying hard to get into a good university and graduating top of my class. It started off great. As soon as I began to apply myself, school work became no problem and my grades quickly rose to highest in the school. After graduating I set my sights high by apply to the University of Bristol overseas. I was accepted and my life was right on track. But things don't always go according to plan as I'll explain later. But whether you're currently in University or taking a gap year or whether you're just a high school student wondering if this is the path you should take. I will tell you my story and hopefully give you some helpful insight into your own position and desires. So if you're still with me, just hang in a little longer and we'll get to you.

Don't Be a Dick at the Movies
If you've ever gone to a movie theatre, then you are an asshole. I said it and I'm not sorry. I worked at a movie theatre for four years and I encountered the rudest and dimmest people I'd ever met. I don't know what it is about going to the movies that makes everyone lose their wits and common courtesy but it's outrageous.
