Signs Your Job Wants You to Quit the Company
As a married woman, one of my many duties (amongst cooking, cleaning, and keeping order in the house) is to listen to my spouse's recollection of the day; from having to fix coworkers mistakes to staying later than expected, it occurred to me after a few venting sessions that there's a possibility they were purposely nitpicking. In most cases, if an employee is fired, you must pay unemployment benefits to the ex-employee, but if you quit, you in turn forfeit these benefits. Of course in the interests of the company, they will use "booting" tactics to help you make this choice. Though we are still trying to flesh out our next steps, I figured I would share some helpful information on signs the company may want you to quit, and what you should do to protect yourself moving forward.

Following Your Dreams vs. Following Money
When you were a kid, everyone told you to follow your dreams. To do what you were passionate about. Sometimes what were passionate about doesn't necessarily pay the bills. For a lot of people, this is a reality we all face. Now, I'm a millennial (yes, I know), and growing up we were always told we could have it all, just because we wanted it. I discovered growing up that you can't have it just because you want it. So were thrown into adult-hood or "adulting" as we call it, with no experience and no actual education about the world and how it works. There's certainly no financial classes that are mandatory in school (which there should be) so a lot of us are lost when it comes to money. All of my friends in college are so stressed about money. It's an uncomfortable subject. A lot of us end up working for money for the rest of our lives, throwing away what we truly are passionate about because the reality for a lot of people is; passion doesn't pay bills. So what a lot of us do it end up in boring jobs that we aren't passionate about but pay well. Can you have it all?

Pros & Cons of Working from Home
Since I was 17-years-old. I have had every kind of job you can think of. I like to dip my toes. What can I say? I now work strictly from home, with two jobs under employers while I write as well. When people hear you work from home, they get a little green, especially at the thought of changing from pajamas to sweats. (Or just staying in pjs.) Everyone's situation is different and, therefore, sometimes remote work is the best option. I am a single mother of twins, so being able to keep an eye on the home and kids is of top priority. First, I want to say this list is great for any MLM. Currently, I am an Avon rep. When I received my starter kit, I was a little lost. Where am I going to take these? I thought to myself.
