Filmmaker Spotlight: Cindy Di Xin Introduces Audiences to Emotions in Storytelling
Cindy, Welcome to Kreative Circle! Can you share with us how you were introduced to the art of filmmaking? Mine was really simple. Things that inspired me were my own experience and loneliness. I am the only one who has experienced all of the dramatic moments, then I started to feel lonely in my life. I tried to share with my friends by telling them, but I couldn’t bring them into my scenario and feelings. After I studied communication in my undergrad, I got to know about visual arts. I started to shape my and other people’s story with motion pictures and sounds, then I met the charm of filmmaking.

Job Interview As A Document Controller In One Of The International Consulting Firms In The Mandaluyong City, Philippines Area
One of my coworkers sent me a photo of the opening at the mentioned company. I am thrilled to apply because the offer is double that of my current employer. I applied for the job right away through Jobstreet. It took a few months after I received feedback from one of the company's HR representatives. In order for them to process my application, they asked me a few questions via email. I instantly responded, and it took a few months before they called me again, this time asking for my availability for the first scheduled interview. But, prior to this email, I had gotten a rejection notice from Jobstreet advising me that the position I was seeking for at that company had been filled. But they were opening the door for me again, so I decided to go through.

Chappaqua, New York Artist Turns Resonating Moments into Inspirational Works of Art
Photo by Ken Jones If you asked Chappaqua, New York artist Diana van Nes where exactly the inspiration for a piece of her art came from, she might be at a loss. This means she must step back, and then retrace the process to some moment that deeply resonated. For example, a simple baseball cap unfurls into an American flag of mixed media art that symbolizes something other than the ideals it was intended to. "I think our society is overly dependent on status symbols to define who were are," she said. So a flag made of baseball cap logos epitomizes how we try to stand out, rather than standing up for things that matter. Thus Van Nes hopes her art can help show the way.

What does sustainable banking mean?
In 2021 I will be more involved than ever with the topics of finance, retirement provision, and investing. Whether it has to do with getting older or the third child? I don't know exactly, but the fact is: Investing money properly and dealing with it sensibly doesn't sound very sexy at first and is always very low on my to-do list.
