The Relationship Status
Someone told me once the quote, "it is what it is," and I never really got along with it because I believe that you shouldn't take whatever bullshit is thrown at you and just accept it. Life is a journey for sure, but it doesn't have to be a war zone. You will have to step up one day and say what's on your mind and how you can FIX it because if you nurture it inside your soul it will only start growing roots and probably leaving scars for life.

Eve
Her name was Lola. She was a Showgirl. No, I'm joking. She was nothing more than a girl whose soul flourished with laughter and thrived off love. But she was lonely. She was sad. She was single and alone, and yet surrounded by the people who loved her, but always by herself.

So Crazy
Gabe didn't know when he bought a dog just how much they attract the opposite sex. He liked the opposite sex. He also liked sex. His walks through the park with lead in hand hadn't quite got him that far yet, but he could sense it coming any day now. After all, each chat, each moment of eye contact and each "aww he's so cute!" lasted a little longer than the last. It would happen any day now.

The Chosen One
I have been told I am one of the chosen people. I question if they mean chosen for persecution and jokes about being cheap. According to a group of born again Christians I met in high school, I was chosen for a more positive endeavor. If I took Jesus as my savior, my destiny would be fulfilled and I could enter into a holy covenant with God. I was skeptical but figured, I should learn more about it. What the hell, right? I mean, why not?

After an Unexpected Loss
As everyone does, I went to school and made loads of friends, from kindergarten on we enjoy each other's company just playing laughing and not having a care in the world. Obviously we're all far too young and stupid to realize these "close friends" will be around after college. We lose some friends from just growing apart, fights over the stupidest things (money, relationships, theft), some friends are lost to addiction. However some friends do endure all trials and hard times.

How to Get People to Show Their True Colors
Facebook is my livelihood. No, that is not sarcasm or an exaggeration; the majority of my income comes from writing posts for small businesses. So, when people tell me that I should take a break from the social networks, I have to politely tell them to mind their own beeswax. Sometimes, though, I'll post something on Facebook just to get a rise out of people, just for the fun of it. The fastest way to find out someone's true colors is to post something that could vaguely be about them.
