Tenet: What Happened in Complicated Terminator + Arrival?
Fast track Terminator with Quick Arrival

To say I am a Nolan fanboy would be a blatant lie, and to say I don't see his movies will be another one.
The problem is I like to be amazed, but not like this, not by making a simple idea into a complicated storytelling.
Director may earn the points from the majority of audience, but I see through the smart camera movements, & overly confused display of story.
I finished watching Tenet last night, and all the time I was watching the movie, I was thinking about Terminator. Then I thought about Arrival.
Everyone knows about Terminator movie, and if you don't, please stop reading now. Go and watch Terminator fast.
People who still here:
I hope you have seen Arrival.
Arrival is a 2016 American science fiction film directed by Denis Villeneuve and written by Eric Heisserer. Based on the 1998 short story "Story of Your Life" by Ted Chiang, it stars Amy Adams, Jeremy Renner, and Forest Whitaker.
Terminator - A Reminder
The premise of Terminator is that a machine is sent from the future to kill the person who is going to lead the human against the machines.
Machines wants to save themselves. Similarly, they sent a human to the past too, to save the person from the machine.
Basically the concpet is future trying to kill the past, in order to protect itself.
Arrival - Reminder
Arrival is surely one of the best movie of year 2016.
When the alien species arrive on the Earth, a linguist professor tries to learn their language, so they can communicate.
While communicating, Alien species show the professor the glimpse of her future, so she can take correct decision in the present.
The concept here is that a person sees the future, so he can take action in present to shape it in a way.
How Arrival and Terminator join to Make Tenet?
In Tenet, a spy is investigating weapons that have reverse entropy.
In Nolan science, it means time in reverse action.
Reverse action and straight action collides to create chaos, that you can only understand when you see it as a big picture.
Tenet is a big picture, and it start from a point, that keep interacting with other points, until you see all the points, and make an entire image.
In Tenet, future is trying to eradicate the past because they think past is responsible for climate destruction.
A scientist make a reverse entropy bombs, and divides into part & hide it in each nuclear facility (safest place on the World).
Now a man get the help from the future, and he begins collecting all the part, so he can collide the straight and reverse entropy. It will destroy the present, which is a future's past.
Future will win.
It is not impossible to find people who would love to see the World's end, happy with being the reason of it.
Future trying to destroy the Past: This is Terminator.
Now, get to Arrival.
A person has to go through the reverse world, and he will be at the location, in past and future at same time.
The future will know that he is there in the past, and past version will see that he is going to be there in the future.
In Tenet, protagonist team use this technique to find all the loopholes of their plan, so they can achieve their target.
They make two teams, the team go to save the World by getting the last part of the reverse entropy bomb.
The second team go in reverse order, and see waht will happen.
Both the team sync at the battle field, and through the ultimate chaos, they get on the other side with that part.
But at that time they knew their sacrifices, as they already seen it happening. Though it has not happened yet.
This is Arrival.
What does it mean?
It affirms the notion that my teachers have. And I agree.
There is nothing original in the World.
We are copying from each other. Everything is copy of something.
To run behind originality is foolish task.
Nolan use his creativity to make something amazing by joining the ideas from two different movie.
And we can't say it is copied, because Tenet is something different. Different from Terminator or Arrival, or Primer, or Donny Darko.
Is Neil Max?
The biggest question that I asked from myself after finishing the movies was about Max.
Son of Kat - Max- - for whom Andrie and Kat were protective.
Neil is the character played by Pattinson, and he is playing Sam to Frodo here.
But there is nothing much about Neil in the movie. Just that he was hired by the secret agent itself.
May be Max is Neil.
Why Future hate us?
Another question is why future hates us so much that they are ready to finish the past.
What is the answer to the Grandfather Paradox?
But then again, Time Machine exist.
How can future can win against the past, when what they have is the result of the past. If the past lose, they lose all the technolgical advancement (motivation) to make the equipment that is able to destroy the past.
In a way, nor the logic, nor the time can allws this to happen.
Unless the time is moving in the straight direction, and even if we go back, we are not actually going back, but in the past of the future, that is happening in the future of the future.
So the past of the future is actually the future of the future, but it already happened, so they know what is ging to happen.
They believe it cannot hurt them, as it is not actually the past, that may have consequences, but it is the past on the pavement of the future, that will eventually change the future of the future.
The time travel is complicated & the more you think about it, the more it become.
The best we can do is to imagine sisyphus happy, and keep rolling the ball.
