Wait? 'Metroid's' Samus Aran Is Really A Guy?!
Back in the day, Metroid was my game. I loved jumping into the power suit and taking Samus for a spin. Part of what I loved about Metroid was that it wasn't just a standard side-scroller, there was some actual thought that had to go into the game to succeed.

Dropping The Ban-Hammer: 12 Games Banned Across The World
Video games have a way to either unify or segregate players, and apparently countries as well. We don't often run into banned games in the United States, but it seems to be more of a regular occurrence across the world.

Is This What The Future Holds For Gaming Consoles?
If you've been around for more than 10 years, the evolution of the game console isn't anything new. We're so accustomed to it that it's just another part of life and we realize that our once prized possession of a console will inevitably become obsolete. It's a sad truth, but one that we all know too well, yet that doesn't stop us from purchasing the latest and greatest consoles. I can say that over the years I've owned quite a few of the, at the time, latest consoles and I've never been 'brand-locked' like some players. Two Tokens and a Blue
With the next DLC coming out and the controversy surrounding the EA scandal, it’s no wonder we fellow guardians are worried what Bungie are going to reveal next. If last week's stream had anything to go off, I’d want more then “two tokens and a blue engram.” I have been a light bearer since Destiny's vanilla days, joining Destiny subreddits to find other fellow gamers from around the world to conquer "The Vault of Glass," endlessly looting the “loot cave” and reading about the many different ways to “cheese” the end boss. I fell totally in love with my hunter, her invisibility, the triple jump exotic legs, and obviously Bladedancer, before it got nerfed. R.I.P.

The Pentagon Thinks 'Pokémon GO' Is A Matter International Of Espionage
By now we should all be able to agree that Pokémon GO is a global experience; it's a game that has been bridging the gap between avid and casual gamers. It's brought celebrities, politicians, spies and regular people out of the woodwork and into the world to capture them all.

Micro-transactions Are Lame
With the sweeping infamy of Battlefront II by EA in mainstream and gaming journalism, I feel that I should sit down and share my honest opinions about Micro-transactions. Now I am in no way defending the actions of EA on how their greed got the better of them with the whole Loot Box Controversy, here I will be sharing how I think Micro-transactions can mess up a game, how they can be done right, as well as my opinions as to what micro-transactions SHOULD be for.
