MST3K: My Escape
I get home from work. I'm tired. I want nothing more than to rest and not think. But there are dishes to be done. And the sound of water running and dishes clanging after my long day will be overwhelming. So I put on my noise cancelling headphones, connect it to my blutooth adapter, set my Roku box to the Shout channel, and start up... the movie.

Traveling back in time to find love.
I gotta say, I have a bit of a binging addiction. Once I find a show that I like (sometimes even when I don’t like it), I’ll stay glued to the TV until there’s an ending. I have to say, though, one of my biggest pet-peeves is watching a show that ends a season in a cliff-hanger, especially if I have to wait a full damn year to watch what happens. But that time, I’ve watched so many other things in the meantime, read so many books, posts and whatnot, that I can’t even remember why I was so annoyed that it ended how it ended.

Is this the end of Doctor Who? Will Captain Jack Harkness join the Doctor for future adventures?
Let's be honest. You're still thinking about that New Year's Day special. Captain Jack Harkness was probably your favorite part. I mean, you're not alone. Many fans took to social media right after the premiere to talk about parts that were not that exciting to the perfection that is John Barrowman as Jack Harkness.

'Humans'
I am a little late to this party of a show as I was skeptical that the overall portrayal of AI and robotics is an overly saturated ideal in the cinematic universe. It is with great regret and apology that I did not sink my teeth into this show from its' inception. The telling of this story was nothing short of masterful. Of course, there are the undertones of "Terminator" elements within the story: man creates machines and machines in turn destroy all of humanity in a hope to save themselves but this is far from the heart of the show itself.

We can all agree that Series 12 was one big step up from Series 11, and that wasn’t because of all the twists and shocks.

UNDERRATED: Helix
Every once in a while, some form of media comes along that grips me so completely that I never stop talking about it ever, to the disdain of anyone who’s ever had to listen to me. Sometimes it’s a book, sometimes it’s a movie, but mostly it’s television, and mostly it’s television that’s been cancelled after one or two seasons.
