astronomy
Celestial objects and the phenomena that surrounds them. What lies above the earth forever out of reach. From moons, to stars, galaxies, and beyond.
Using my Venom for Good
Over seven billion people are inhabiting the Earth at this exact moment. With such a tremendous volume of people come a huge volume of differences – culture, perspective, language, tradition. However, we are more alike than we are different, and zodiac signs are just another way to bring us all together and find more relatability in one another. My astrological sign is perceived as intense, empathetic, magnetism transformative, and passionate. It’s also known for displaying aggressive tendencies, seeing things in black or white, and being stubborn.

You're Not Gonna Hear Me Roar
Did you know that Leo's are up there as one of the most hated signs of the Zodiac? Why? Put simply, we're high maintenance according to others. We think we're always right, we think the world revolves around us, we're arrogant, we have too much ambition but we're also lazy, we're prideful and we hate criticism.

Aries Baby
When you look up the word Aries in the dictionary, there is a tiny picture of me sitting right next to it. I am the complete and utter embodiment of what an Aries is all about. I was born on March 25, a Spring baby! Since it is in beginning of the Spring season, Aries birthdays represent rebirth of life. The coldness slips away, and the warmth of the sun comes back to the Earth’s surface. The flowers bloom so beautifully. There is nothing like it! Although the representation of grace, bliss, and life is what the Aries season entails, it is not always rainbows and sunshine in our world.

Yes, I am a Taurus
Astrology and birth charts have been the topic of conversation for women for centuries, but now it seems that more and more people are learning that you are more than just your sun sign and that you have several other signs in your chart, which can set you apart from why you have differences from your friends who you share signs with, but they were born on a different day or month, which affects the rest of your personality and quirks that make you, well, you.

A True Gem
They say astrology is supposed to allow some insight within you to be able to understand yourself better. With my assessments over the many three hours on the subject, I feel confident in my thesis. As the sign branded with so much hate, I had to understand why we are to be perceived in this manner. Being born at the ending of spring, beginning of summer not only brands me a twin but upon futher analysis also establishes that me being born in the third decan of Gemini’s lovely establishment. Essentially this decan is showcasing the symbiotic relationship between the colliding Mercury, and Uranus. Meaning not only am I a Gem but I also belong to Aquarius which is lovely considering their the humanitarians of the great twelve.

Absorbing the burn.
Growing up, I often heard the expressions: “Get fired up!”, “Find your spark”, “Bring the heat!”, "Let it burn!" and many others that implied that fire was a good attribute - used to motivate and energize. However, one of the most important cautions we all learnt as kids was… “DON’T PLAY WITH FIRE!”. You can imagine how that would be confusing. Was fire good or bad? Were there more to these underlying burning connotations?

Soul searching
Believing in astrology is the same as believing in oxygen. We physically can’t see it so if you’re not a scientist then how can you believe in air? Science proves through astronomy that the stars are physically there. The stars are all aligned in a way that impacts our little insignificant earth. So far we haven’t found any life on these planets close to us. So why can’t some people have faith that there is something bigger working above us?
