Why Do We Find Twins So Freaking Sexy?
Who remembers the Doublemint Twin ads from the 1980? Sexy blonde twins selling us chewing gum. Better yet, the Maidenform bra twins of the 1950s. And how many issues of Playboy or Penthouse, over the years, have featured twins as models. A quick google search for sexy twins comes up with 188,000 hits. It’s a bit of a trope — as a society, we love to sexualize twins.
