My Island Dream. Top Story - November 2023.
I sit in the beach lounge chair, enjoying the sparkling, crystal blue water of the ocean in front of me. Though the waves were inviting me to dive into them, I opted to sit in the chair. Sunbathing suited me better than swimming in the ocean. The waves gently caress the shores; the breeze whispering in my ears.

Rox Vs. Rotto
Rox Kasker circled his wounded prey with murderous intent. He spun his large, double-edged ax in his leathery hands while he studied his victim, deciphering the best, and most satisfying way to kill it. The rain had ceased its downpour and the jackals had fled the area after Rox’s men had killed six of them. The forest was dead quiet, so quiet that Rox could actually hear the heartbeat of his prey, pounding inside of his enormous chest. The Gungan had ordered Pyrus to venture deeper into the woods, to make sure the jackals were not preparing for a surprise attack, but that had been over an hour ago, and he had not yet returned. Rox could only assume that his comrade had perished, or found himself lost. IG-96 was slowly casing their perimeter, scanning for heat signatures.

Rosalie Decides to Walk. Top Story - November 2023.
Canicatti, Sicily | July 6th, 1943 Outside of the church Rosalie ripped away the black veil that was attached to her ridiculous black hat, freeing her thickly curled hair that barely grazed her shoulders and stuffed it into the hungry mouth of a rusted trash bin. Breathing in through her nostrils and out through her mouth, she deeply inhaled the cool night air and used the sleeve of her black blouse to wipe away any lingering tears still dampening her cheeks.
