Nailing this to the Earth’s Door for All to See
Shatner looking down at that thin green layer of life. That’s all there is! He pulled off an amazing feat of dexterity! Without embarrassing or putting on the spot his generous host, Jeff Bezos, who was quite naturally using Shatner’s presence on the space flight to promote his Blue Origin exploits, Bill deftly turned the focus to what he saw down below from up there; the fragility of that gentle planet, the tipping point of where the Earth is precariously balanced in the void. And so he subtly turned the conversation around from being about space flight and the wonders of modern technology, to a focus on the preciousness of our Earth and how we need now to collectively put our greatest efforts to saving our one and only living space.

Honduras is a Caribbean Sea coastal country located in Central America. The capital of Honduras is Teguciagalpa and Comayagüela. Chapter 11, of the Honduran constitution, Article 295, translates, "The Central District consists of a single municipality made up of the former municipalities of Tegucigalpa and Comayagüela.” Comayagüela is referred to as “Little Comayagüela” and along with Tegucigalpa these cities make up the capital of Honduras. Tegucigalpa and Comayagüela have a long-standing history of political and economic strife. This strife that occurs could be a result of the scarcity of resources due to the increasing population growth in this country and the dry weather effecting the security of water supply. The longstanding banana, shrimp and coffee production in Honduras is, affected by the weather, including drought, and hurricanes. Because of these environmental factors, the citizens of Honduras have tried to market other agricultural initiatives but continue to struggle and have unmet sociological needs. Aid from the US denied to Honduras was due to the disagreement about the countries choice of how the country is governed and continual disregard for debt. Unemployment and underemployment measure over 50% of the citizens in Honduras. Due to wars from neighboring countries, the damaging weather and mismanagement of government rule, the decent citizens of Honduras have desperately sought relief by competing for scarce jobs and demand for government reform. Violent crimes conducted by gangs continue to become the societal norm in Honduras. The misconstrued “weak” members of society in Honduras are still targeted for murders, sexual abuse, violation of human rights and other violence by government officials and gangs. Corruption is the way of life in Honduras. Efforts in the past by the US to aid the country of Honduras of crime have been obstructed, purposely, by the corrupt local officials and gangs. Violent gangs such as the "Mara Salvatrucha" and "The 18th Street Gang" rule the way of life in Honduras. There have been ongoing efforts at solving Honduras’s problems by enacting the services of government entities, yet obstructed by governmental abuses, and collusion with criminals.

COVID-19 Pandemic
Several states including California and Indiana have delayed or postponed their reopening plans after the United States recorded 50,000 new cases of COVID-19, the largest increase in one day since the epidemic began. There have been protests in several countries against the government's limited response to the Covid 19 epidemic, such as the closure of vacancies, and these protests are linked to an increase in cases.

The Underground Messiah
THE UNDERGROUND MESSIAH By Jerec Velez In a large, dark cave, a green dragon crawls by. Scales dark emerald green, ancient as the Earth. It jumps and spreads its enormous bat-like wings. It glides inside the majestic cave, hitting and breaking stalactites that have been growing ever so slowly for thousands of years. It is now awake from its ancient slumber. The dragon burst out of its cave high in the cliffs above the clouds and flies steeply downward and rises back up; it stops and freezes in mid air. Jess Walker puts down the pencil next to the drawing of the green dragon. He stands back from the table and walks into the kitchen to pour himself a cup of coffee. Stretching his head from side to side Jess walks towards the front door. His left hand rises slowly to push open the front door. The door slowly opens with a view of children playing in a park across the street. They are laughing and playing. It's late Saturday morning. Exiting his apartment, Jess sits in his hammock chair on his tropical plant infested porch and reads a headline on his phone with a sad sigh on his face the headline reads,
