Censorship
The reality that the United States is not as free as one think. Art of all forms are often subjected to censorship. I have never heard of a piece of art assult anyone physically. If art offends thee, turn away. Simple means to protect your fluff for brains.

If everything happens for a reason, then what the hell could be the reason for this? I ask myself staring back at eight fully armed cops decked out in full tactical gear as they yelled at me, guns drawn, to both not move and raise my hands to the air.

Who knows what lurks just below the surface of the water, eagerly waiting to eat you? The tension arising from the suspense is as tangible as the flimsy bathing costume that barely clings to your skin. Will it ever again be safe to go into the water for a swim?

Amos 'n' Andy 'n' Us 'n' Them
This TV adaptation ran from 1951 to 1953 with African-American actors. It was taken off the air, genius comedy and talent notwithstanding, because it inappropriately presented black "folks'" shenanigans as white entertainment. Brilliant, yes, but it was that perpetuation of the us-and-them motif in media that inclusion needed to end.
