The Book of Petch
Petch couldn't peel his black eyes away from the sky. Kelgus was smoldering in some places and burning in others. Whatever had scorched it had also appeared to melt it rock in certain places. As far as Petch could remember of his youth studies, Kelgus was home to mostly flora and fauna. The Sorian Order had sent probes to the planet several times over the last fifty or sixty years as well as a couple landing missions, but the geographic study of the planet as well as the study of plant and animal life suggested that intelligent life such as primitive tribes or civilizations, didn't exist. As every species that lived in Olna now seemed to be on the city beach staring up, Petch's left wrist lit up which he touched with the first finger of his other hand. This generated a holoscreen with Jedro's face on it.

Who's the real Monster?
~ Matt's POV No. It can't be. Z...They can't be dead. Ed unleashed a gut wrenching sorrowful roar. Pain gripped my heart as a saying mum would say came to mind 'In the shelter of each other, people survive'. If only I had tears to shed in this moment.

Let's All Be There, Chapter Three
Later, Flashslip was trying out the cognition lounge. It was a curious sort of space, closed off by heavy hanging curtains and boasting silken cushions to recline on. At the far end the drapes were tied back as to look out on a balcony, though what stretched beyond was imaginary void. Somehow the place scanned brainwaves, to make manifest its occupants’ thoughts in the form of spectral paintings etched across this infinite sky.

Let's All Be There, Chapter Two
Next second Flashslip was onstage, warm about the cheeks and heart beating fast, which he guessed must have been from all the running. His newly-tinted perspective took in the vastness ahead, dry-ice cloudbanks swirling mysteriously on its broad borders, and boasting at present a clientele of three. Nevertheless, Flashslip seized the microphone and came in on cue.
