Top 10 Longest Rivers in The World
Every river has a point where the water begins to flow. A headwater is a name for this type of source. Rainfall or snowfall in the mountains can give the headwater source, but it can also erupt from the earth or form at the boundary of a lake or huge pond. A river's mouth is where the water drains into a larger body of water like a lake or the ocean. Rivers may pass through wetlands along the course, where plants filter pollutants out of the water.

The Best Bob Dylan Covers
I recently went to see the brilliant musical ‘Girl from the North Country.’ I love Bob Dylan’s music but the story itself is also excellent and I can’t recommend it enough. Another great aspect of the show is the way his songs are interpreted. And this is a common occurrence with Dylan’s work. There are so many songs you may not realise he wrote, because others made them their own. He is probably the greatest songwriter (and one of the greatest writers in general) of all time. But it’s fascinating to see how others interpret this genius. And with such a prolific writer, there are so many instances of this in music history. I would be here all day if I was counting down my favourite Dylan songs (I’m always discovering more), but when it comes to covers, I’ve cut it down to my top 5. There aren’t any versions from ‘Girl from the North Country’ mentioned, because if you’ve got this far, go see it!

A look back at Charlie Smith + friends live at the arthouse
Hello, it's only me again. You know that man who does gigs sometimes and spends the rest of the time watching old horror movies and eating pizza. Not the most interesting life I can assure you, but we are not here to talk about that today. We have some far more exciting news for you. I want to talk about a Gig I hosted at the arthouse on the 9th of September. Some familiar faces returned to make a lovely night of music. I was for the second time a very unintimidating doorman, but I must self-congratulate myself and say that I am improving. Maybe I have got to hit the gym, but hey at least I am pleasant meet and greater. In this article, we are going to take a look back on the evening and also take a look at a brand new musical partnership that seems to have developed.

Splitting Ions In The Ether
This is a randomish review of “Another Green World” by Brian Eno, a fairly wonderful album that I play regularly. It was released on Island Records in November 1975. Produced by Eno and Rhett Davies, it features contributions from a small core of musicians, including Robert Fripp, Phil Collins, Percy Jones, and Rod Melvin. John Cale plays viola on two tracks.

Bad advice we get from Disney princesses — including the new Ariel
Last week, I wrote about how the “black Little Mermaid” controversy ignores the fact that the storyline is the problem. This is true no matter who plays Ariel in the upcoming live action movie. In fact, I believe Disney made the decision to cast a “black Ariel” to make feminist moms feel better about taking their daughters to see it.

Actually, I do have a problem with a black Little Mermaid
First, let me start by saying Halle Bailey, who plays Ariel in Disney’s live action remake of “The Little Mermaid,” is drop-dead gorgeous, and any straight, red-blooded American man vehemently opposed to seeing her in a seashell bikini is a nut. But let’s see Bailey’s role in this film for what it is: she’s a young woman, barely out of her teen years, with idealized features and a Victoria’s Secret Angels figure. She looks great in a bikini. She can act, and judging by the trailer, she can certainly sing — making her the ideal candidate to play the lead role in a regressive story. Replacing a fair-skinned cartoon character with a young black woman doesn’t make the story “woke.” That’s undoubtedly what Disney wants its target audience to think — and it was a brilliant marketing strategy on their part.

Top 10 Highest Mountains in the World
1. Mount Everest, 8,848.86 meters With a height of 8,848.86m, it is both the tallest and most well-known peak in the world. The Himalayan mountain range's Mahalangur Himal subrange is where Mount Everest is located, straddling the borders of Nepal, Tibet, and the Autonomous Region of China. This peak is known as Chomolungma by the Tibetan natives and Zhumulangma Feng by the Chinese. Both the locals and the government of Nepal refer to this peak as Sagarmatha. The Khumbu Glacier, the Kangshung Glacier, the Rongbuk Glacier, and the Pumori Glacier are just a few of the numerous glaciers that can be found on this mountain's slopes. The Rong River, Lobujya River, and Kama River are just a few of the numerous rivers that flow from Mount Everest.

My top 10 songs
My number one song is See you Again by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth. This song was played at my mom's funeral and there has been so many covers that I love of it. It is tragic why this song was written, but I think it has helped a lot of people. 5.6 billion views on the original and no telling how many on the covers. This song helped me through a hard time and is number one on this list and is number one on my cover list as well.
