25 September 2025 8:55 am bad night of insomnia. I couldn’t figure out why my brain refused to shut down. Around 3 am I decided it was because I was cold. I put on my electric blanket and finally passed out into sleep. Grateful for that!

8 September 2025 6:26 am still revelling in happiness from last week. A great week. Lots of love and connections. It was so good to visit the fae at Springbrook yesterday. I realised late last night that we were there on 9 September 2021, so almost exactly four years ago. Wow!

22 September 2025 7:00 am my lungs feel raspy. I probably overdid it with the grinding and sanding of the wooden handles yesterday. I fend off Death, isolation, ignominy by being creative and making things. What else have I got going on? lol.
