Five shows that you don't have to wait to watch
For as long as I can remember, I have always preferred to live in a fantasy world over reality. Growing up, my favorite kinds of movies and shows were the ones that I wished could be real but never were. My obsession with the unknown started with The Little Mermaid. To this day, my mom still likes to tell me how much I embarrassed her by singing "Part of Your World" at the top of my lungs through the grocery store as a child.

Sadie's First Date
I ran my hand through my hair one last time making sure it was in place and took a deep breath before stepping into the dimly lit restaurant. I started towards the hostess stand, hoping to be directed to the table where he would be waiting for me. That's when I saw him. He looked perfect. His dark hair was perfectly tousled and a few strands hung down over one eye. His dark eyes were focused on the glass of merlot sitting in front of him. His facial hair framed those sexy lips perfectly. I held my breath and began to walk towards the table.

Stop letting Beauty Influencers waste your money
It happens to all of us. We are casually scrolling through Facebook and we come across an ad for something we have been talking about or looking at. We click it and fall down the rabbit hole. Advertising is obviously nothing new, but the way people are advertising these days cannot be escaped. Social media influencers have taken over everything to get us to buy whatever product people are pitching. These ads are directly targeted towards you through your Google searches and even your conversations.

Cyberbullies
I am about to ask the most rhetorical question to ever exist inside of my brain. Have you ever left an innocent comment on Facebook only to have your notifications blow up with a bunch of random people who think they know everything about whatever it is you just posted? It seems as if you literally can't say anything without Mr. or Mrs. A Hole having to come along and tell you why you are wrong for whatever it is you just said. Raise your hand if this has ever happened to you.

Life As A Capricorn
For as long as I have known what a Capricorn was, I have been condemned for being one. It's been used as an insult by most, "Oh, of course you're stubborn, you're a Capricorn." Rarely has it ever been seen as something good. Capricorns are known as hard-headed, stubborn, work obsessed control freaks... and to those who don't understand us, I guess it could come off that way.

Would You Read My Book?
"You can't leave yet!" Cora shouted over the music. "It's only 11!" "I gotta study!" shouted Noel, tipping back the last of her Jack and coke. "Lame!" Cora rolled her eyes and hugged her friend goodbye. "I'll see you tomorrow." said Noel. She slipped on her jacket and made her way towards the exit.

Genuine Hauntings in East Texas
East Texas is said to be one of the most haunted areas in the United States of America. From ghosts and spirits of the Civil War that haunt historical cities and towns in Houston to the Ghost of Bouton Lake. Ghosts have become just as much of a part of East Texas as the pine forests and roads that they haunt.

Breastfeeding in public should be outlawed
Want a big dose of irony? People always have their breasts out for the world to see. Everyone compliments on how empowered they are for showing off their naked breasts. People all want to see them and gloat about having a better set than someone else. People literally pay money to see breasts. They comment on pictures of them. Save pictures to their phones. Stare at them in public. They think they're great... until you're using them to do what they were intended for and feeding a baby. Then it's considered indecent. Anyone else see a flaw in this logic?
