Over the Rainbows
What do you suppose could be at the ends of double rainbows? To me there could be anything, but I do not believe in a physical 'pot of gold', but my gold would be gaining more faith in what I believe. The pot of gold to me also means that seeing things work out personally and professionally. Some people make their wish on the pot of gold probably for more money or some physical aspect in and for their lives. For me a double rainbow means security in my faith and beliefs of who and what I am in Jesus.

A Thanksgiving Turkey
Getting ahead of myself, but did you ever wonder if the turkey in the month of October could be thinking of an escape plan. This Tom Turkey seems to be thinking in this way. "How to I get out of here? I know what is going to happen in another few weeks and I want to live." He sees the farmer coming and starts to strut around the coop and Tom eyes the farmer and thinks should I make a break for it when he opens the gate for, I know I only have a few minutes before he leaves.

Tom Turkey
Tantalizing torching the thanksgiving turkey. (Note: To all people who deep fry their turkeys on Thanksgiving. To be honest it isn't that bad, but I still like roasted turkey. I was trying to think of 't' words and 'torching' was what I thought of that is kind of like deep fry.) Share your thoughts.

The Spector 2
The Spector stopped when he suspected the people were watching him. He thought he was not hurting anybody just walking looking around where he used to live a long time ago. He thought one evening he might ask someone about a certain he was looking for, but he was afraid to in fear they will just run away when he was out and about. He thought tonight I am going to try ask someone about 513 Hazel and what happened there for that is what he was looking for just to relive some memories of his younger days in town.

Spector
There was this man that they think use to live in the neighborhood, but they were not quite sure. Everyone was leery of this man, and they called him The Spector for he only came out in the late evenings or late at night and just walk up and down the street. The neighbors tried to meet him, but he always just turned and walked away. They wondered what he was always looking for every night. They set up shifts to see if they could find out, but it seems the Spector kind of suspected something from them and stopped.

Is Everything a Test?
Reading Rick Warren's book 'A Purpose Driven Life' at the end of Chapter five there is a question--What has happened to me really has only been a test? Then when someone who probably does not even realize how they stated some words about me doesn't realize through my actions that I have shown really seems not to matter even though I was taught when certain words were uttered in haste were what that person really meant. I still find it hard to be around the person that said what was said. I do send smiles and heart emojis to them.

My Purpose, I think...
What is my purpose? I am re-reading Rick Warren's 'The Purpose-Driven Life' for the third time. It hit me in Chapter four my purpose is writing for I worked as a nurse and even a teacher I feel more that I am fulfilling my purpose as a writer. Through writing I am sharing what I have learned and what I am learning. I know when I die even though I feel like I will still be down here on Earth trying to guide others somehow I know God and Jesus is with me in all I am here one Earth.

All Hallo's Eve
Punishing penalties pumping people Pumpkins. (Note: This tautogram is a very short story of five words. On All Hallow's Eve the Jack-o-Lanterns all gather and think of various penalties that affect people and they turn people into pumpkins.) Happy Halloween!!!!

The Pumpkin Patch
Oh, what lurks in this field of pumpkins so near the day of All Hallows Eve. The sun comes up just as it always does but moves just a bit faster it seems, and the dusk just seems to last a little longer. Suddenly the moon just appears huge and full. One just walks around and seems weary and not knowing why. One remembers then on their walk around the pumpkin patch that there is a special being this time of year. Could it be, could it be. Oh, yes could be The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. Only just believe.

The House
That old house just sitting out there on the great plains falling away. I wonder what the previous owners of that house are thinking now, as the house that was built by one family and lived in by many others. I bet they can hear all the voices that have come and gone as the wind blows. The sun always rose on this house even though there was plenty of happiness there was also many sad events that took place in the old house on the great plains then. Memories come and go just as the families came and went.
