COVID-19 came and spread faster than anyone could imagine. It is crazy to think one day we were all okay and the next there were thousands of people suffering from a potentially fatal virus. During this time we have to ensure that we are staying healthy physically, mentally and spiritually. It is so easy to become overwhelmed and stressed about what we see in the media and social media, but we need to make sure that we are doing what we need to do to be healthy in all aspects.
