heavens invade dusk. ethereal starscape winks from cornflower skies.

in broad blue daylight sun and stars meet for a tryst unable to wait.
unburdened blue sky, panacea for the ache of my weeping soul.
blue thread raconteur weave and borrow other hues; tell of pain and death.
timid lapping waves infatuated, and yet rebuked by the shore.
plethora of blue, all intensities and hues shifting ocean true.
passive splendour reigns ‘neath rich blue skies. spring valleys, idly idyllic.
spring sweeps in on a blue-encrusted meadow, blooms thrive for briefest breath.
cloud stretched to reach sea, storm’s serendipity made mist-kissed ocean waves.
ventured out, seeking ultramarine solitude beneath briny waves.
if blue was a smell I think it’d be petrichor; musky harmony.
diaphanous blue hangs gauzy in the valley fleeting dusk’s cobwebs
