One Minute Of Pleasure+One Hour Of Pain=?
I have a problem understanding some of the humans in this younger generation. I don't remember being stupid when I was young. Poverty didn't allow me a lot of space for error because limitations were on everything and everywhere. So, I brainwashed myself into believing that I must get it right the first time. As a result of that thought, I do my best every time, leaving limited space for failure but enough space for learning.

The Push And Pull Of Life
Simone Wellington sat listening to her older sister Cleona, who was complaining and crying. "Why is my life like this? I should have married Brian Coswell? I would be bathing in money. I shouldn't have done that? I wished I did this. It's my parents' fault. They should have done more for me. It's my teacher's fault; they didn't understand me. It's the world's fault; it wasn't ready for me."

Commonsense Vs Greed
The most successful people in business didn't implement only the practical and theories they learned in business school or college. I Want Your Life!
Sharlene Glaze and Deborah Pinnock were always competitive from Elementary school straight up to high school. Deborah was assisting her mother, a Caregiver to 89-year-old Millicent Rivers, who lives next door when suddenly the back door burst open, and Sharlene flew in. She was waving an opened letter in the air while screaming, “I got in! I got in! The University of Pennsylvania accepted me.”

Touching A Heart
This is my Sweetsop Tree. It’s one of my favorite fruits. I planted it myself and watched it grew from a seedling to a monster of a tree. It spreads out on the street and next door, giving shade from the Sun and a cool breeze when it’s hot. It bears more than three times per year, providing many feasts for birds, rats, and humans annually. Sweetsop trees are common here in Jamaica and are in many yards.

A Fighter's Miracle Part II
Twenty minutes later, Orville and Jack entered the store. Moses wasn't there! With their masks on, glancing around, not seeing Moses, Orville alerts, hoisting the M16 assault rifle in the air, shouting, "We don't want to kill anyone. We want your money, not your life. So don't give us a reason to. . ."

A Fighter's Miracle Part 1
Smoke tickled the nostrils of 12-year-old Moses Swift as he snored in his sleep. Then, unconsciously, he turns to the other side, and the smoke followed him burning his eyes. He bolted up, hitting his head on the board above him as smoke circled him in an embrace. He coughed, glancing around in the semi-darkness as screams of fire from above and around him jolts him fully awake.

Imperfection + Perfection=Love
Professor Catherine Milton was the youngest person and female to win the Nobel prize in Physics and Chemistry. Teaching at the only College that was willing to take an 11-year-old Science major, she knew she had to give back. Her father would often say, “take with your right hand and give back with your left hand. That will keep the wind blowing.”
