Aulalibri is an innovative startup dedicated to teaching languages in LMS (Learning Management System) mode active throughout Latin America. The challenge was to support the management in the planning of marketing strategies, in the execution and management of the marketing plan, in public relations and in the institutional narrative. The process, after an initial audit phase, saw the integration of management and design thinking techniques with iterative applications typical of lean startup processes which are progressively channeled into social management, web page design and management of contacts with students via email marketing.
