Some Next Steps
On My Writing On Vocal

Introduction
Nothing is going to change majorly, but every so often, I have ideas, and the last few days have resulted in a lot of things to write about, which have included CRITIQUEs of TV series and films that I have watched.
I may revisit things that I have not done for a while, and I hope that might give you a few ideas as well.
So What Are The Next Steps?
I recently picked up an album and looked at the cover and thought "there is a story there" and used it to create a DRABBLE. Going forward, I am thinking of using album covers and works of art to create stories, which may be drabbles (always one hundred words). This was the story:
I haven't done any plagiaristic poetry, so I think I should pick up and run with that. I also want to anthologise my plagiaristic poems in hard copy as well. This is the premise behind Plagiaristic Poetry:
As a fallback, they are always the Vocal Prompt resources, which I have used many times when I have been stuck for ideas, and you can find them here:
Often, the tags we can add when publishing our Vocal stories can give us ideas to try something new. That is where I got the idea to try a Pantoum, and this week I did my first Sestina, which is a lot of work but very satisfying:
Another project is my continuing collaboration with The Glittering Fox, Angie Livingstone, which resulted in my second Sestina, which will be included in our book when we publish it, probably around August this year:
Along with this, I will continue to help running the Vocal Social Society, which we would love you to join if you are not yet a member:
Then there are my Thoughtpieces which have so far resulted in one book:
Conclusion
Thank you for reading, and I hope this has given you some ideas and food for thought. It is part of my list for continuing my writing on this excellent platform.
I could have used Led Zeppelin's "Stairway To Heaven" to accompany this, but instead chose "Taurus" by Spirit, which many think Led Zeppelin used to write their song.
It is a pleasant instrumental.

Looking forward to those next steps, Mike.
Way to go and a lot of fun work ahead. I am planning on taking my "The Mission" series and turning it into a book and publishing it on BN.com.
Love the plans and update! I'm sure you will succeed. I'll be here for you xx
Thanks for the update. You've reminded me of a couple of projects I was planning but never got round to. Maybe the time has arrived!
Plagiaristic poetry is one of my favourite series of yours!
