Decoding the Matrix of Neurodivergence Through Energy Centers <short>
Energy work has been woven into the fabric of ancient cultures for centuries. Across generations, individuals were intuitively aware of their role in processing the emotional burdens carried by their lineage—emotions like fear, guilt, and shame gets trapped in the lineage’s energy signature if not released.

Across generations, individuals were intuitively aware of their role in processing the emotional burdens carried by their lineage—emotions like fear, guilt, and shame gets trapped in the lineage’s energy signature if not released.
When these deep emotional blocks remain unprocessed in the lineage, they don’t just vanish—they become karmic patterns, passed down unconsciously through generations. This emotional inheritance disrupts the body’s energy balance, leading to imbalances in the Happy Hormone equation—dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, adrenaline, and more. In turn, our nervous system becomes locked in a heightened state of stress—intensifying the fight-or-flight response and creating complex neurological adaptations.
As someone who is neurodivergent, living with ADHD and Autism, I’ve come to understand this process intimately. My healing journey has shown me how shifting from chronic sympathetic nervous system activation (fight-or-flight) into a more regulated parasympathetic state (rest and thrive) has empowered me to manage my struggles more effectively. I am outgrowing quite as few of them and managing myself from a place of Inner Ease.
Below is a breakdown of how imbalances in the lower energy centres manifest in our physical, emotional, and behavioural reality—particularly in neurodivergent individuals:
🛡 Root Energy Centre – Mooladhara
Theme: Safety, Groundedness, Stability
This centre forms the foundation of our physical and emotional safety.
When emotional sensitivity and inherited vulnerability go unprocessed, the Root Energy Centre becomes:
• Underactive in those with Inattentive ADHD: leading to disconnection, dissociation, lack of presence.
• Overactive in those with Hyperfocused ADHD: resulting in hypervigilance, nervous tension, and anxiety.
Result:
The nervous system becomes dysregulated. We live in a near-constant state of inner anxiety, overwhelm, and survival. Emotional safety becomes a daily challenge.
💧 Sacral Energy Centre – Svadhisthana
Theme: Emotions, Relationships, Pleasure
When the root is unstable, the imbalance cascades into the sacral centre, disrupting emotional flow.
Manifestations of Imbalance:
• Emotional hollowness and disconnection
• Addictive or compulsive behaviours: emotional eating, shopping, scrolling, substance use
• Co-dependent attachment styles, chronic loneliness
• Difficulty forming or sustaining healthy relationships
Our emotional world becomes reactive, intense, and often unmanageable—driven by a subconscious need to fill an emotional void.
🔥 Solar Plexus Energy Centre – Manipura
Theme: Willpower, Confidence, Personal Power
This is the engine room of action, identity, and self-worth. When the lower centres are imbalanced, this one suffers too.
When Underactive:
• Chronic procrastination
• Lack of self-trust or motivation
• Feeling invisible, unseen, or powerless
When Overactive:
• Obsessive need to prove worth
• Overachieving or perfectionism
• External validation becomes the primary motivator
• Emotional exhaustion, burnout
You may feel like you're doing everything and yet feel hollow inside—chasing validation while losing yourself.
💰 Extended Impact on Money & Wealth Consciousness
An imbalanced solar plexus impacts our relationship with abundance and financial wellbeing.
Signs:
• Fear of losing money
• Feeling undeserving of abundance
• Inability to take aligned action toward financial goals
• Guilt and shame around spending or earning
Subconsciously, we know our behaviors are misaligned, but we feel powerless to shift them—further deepening the spiral of self-doubt and emotional suppression.
🌀 A Vicious Cycle of Disempowerment
What starts as emotional sensitivity can evolve into lifelong patterns of emotional avoidance, compulsive coping mechanisms, and chronic stress. Over time, these energy imbalances affect every area of life—relationships, creativity, health, finances, and self-worth.
But there is a way out.
🌬️ From Survival to Thriving: The Way Forward
Through consistent inner work—Breathwork, Emotional Processing, Trauma-Informed Practices, and Energetic Healing—I’ve begun shifting these patterns at the root. I’ve witnessed firsthand how ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience are two sides of the same coin.
We as neurodivergent beings hold a different kind of brilliance—one that the world is just beginning to understand. But to tap into our true potential, we must acknowledge our emotional depth, honor our nervous system, and restore balance to our energy centers.
My hope is to inspire others on a similar path. Through this work, we don't just manage our struggles—we transform them into portals for awakening, creativity, and conscious empowerment.
