I scoop my soup
But nothing stays in
I scoop and scoop
But I just hear the bloop, bloop
Of it leaking out my sides
I don’t know where they are
But their signs everywhere
The holes in my sides
They’re getting harder to hide
And yet
I try and try to put the soup back inside
Yet, the more I try
The more my soup sloshes and drips
I feel it on my back
I feel it on my feet
And most concerning
I taste it on my lips
I do my best to go about my day
But the harder I try
The more I lose along my way
