Thirty Degrees Today, All Day

The weather report in my neck of the woods, or so they say

My favorite days in the winter are when

you can go out and play on snowmachines, then

when the temperature goes up, you can walk outside,

especially love it when the sun rises in the winter.

A cold, icy, and snowy day, make it difficult to tour

the neighborhood. I am out there with the turkey.

Half looking for birds and other critters, for jerky.

Even though I am just kidding, I don't hunt. Wild turkey most

run right in front of me. I very seldom will post

reporting seeing a deer. Our part of the country is beautiful

everywhere there is something that stands out and is full

proof of the beauty and charm. Our land has thick forests,

opulent plains, a huge sea, many rivers and lakes. Mountain crests

right here and there, mostly on the border of Minnesota, and run

true east in Wisconsin, and Lake Superior that border us. I love the sun

in the winter, as I deal with SAD. I need to laugh, I feel I've won

not just when the sun comes out. So much energy and good feelings

Missing the sun so much in winter. I really need the healings

in life, like laughter, sun lamps, and vitamin D is important for me.

Now, I love our four seasons, all for different reasons.

Nice, 30 degrees is like spring, summer or fall.

Essential to go out there and have a ball!

So, tomorrow it will be back in the 20s

oh yes, it could be worse as it could be -20s

Then some describe 30s as t-shirt weather

And some will be wearing shorts, not the leather.

Author's Note: Rhyming poem, and Acrostic of My Weather Report In Minnesota! And now Mittens!

Many don't wear coats all winter

I wear hockey mom coats, and wool or fur

Time to greet the sun and get out there and play

This weather report is done for me this day!

Ending with this makes sense to me

Not that I expect it to make sense to you.

So, I will just say it is time to be gone too.
