Of all my nights of fear and rage

Calling out to the hope goddess

Hoping she will sing

for me- Hoping for the

eternal lesson of courage and rage

So I sit and listen to the mythical magic of

the amazing hero Pelius’

legends of a father who caused the death of his son

without even knowing that a fatal Achilles

heel could be so murderous

Causing so many to be doomed

Because who knew that

an apple of spite could cost

Many lives of the

the heroic Achaeans

in the story of countless

years With no losses

in the prevalence of time A story hurling

throughout the ages and down

into my hands To

change the lives of the house

of earth Where so many of

the people fight death

and experience so

much fear While many

can remain sturdy

and call for something great to save their souls

inspirational

The Odyssey = Scripture to me (huge fan of Athena). The Iliad is a timeless wonder. This poem really made me feel something deeply inside. Thank you for honoring the gods 🦉🐎
