I’m remembering back to our wedding day
When I married who I never meant
It was wrong for my heart to give me away
Since I never did give my consent
In love, I’m a coward, yes I was afraid
It did damage that tore us apart
I hated the fact that your love I betrayed
But you never had me, just my heart
