Tell me why

By Rosemary D Hunter

After the parade challenge, but available to all and to all a good day, night or whenever you are reading.

Tell me why:

When it's up and green your kind because it is all about the mind

Tell me why:

when it is down, to your unkindness you're blind!

Tell me why:

When it's up and rainbow you love them all.

Tell me why:

when it is down, they are not normal, you don't agree at all!

Tell me why:

When it's up and multi-colored they are your brother or sister.

Tell me why:

when it is down, if she's different from you, you'll cross the street to avoid her!

Tell me why:

When it's up and pink you check.

Tell me why:

When it is down, you're too busy, what the heck?

Tell me why:

When the bunting is up we are at are best.

Tell me why:

When it comes down, we are no better than the rest.

Tell me why:

There are no green flags when I say "not today"

Tell me why:

I daren't say a word or it will affect my pay!

Tell me why:

This world doesn't know how to be kind.

Tell me why:

People like me will always be a prisoner of our mind.

About the Creator

Rosemary D Hunter

Call me Rose, it's shorter and easier, also you can't offend me, I have been called worse! I love my cats, my child and my husband to be. I like horror, but can't write it and I do comedy mainly when I am anxious, so quite a lot of the time
