Tales teddy tells

From things I’ve seen

Places I’ve been

Tales I can tell

🧸🧸🧸🧸

Tiny tots sleep

Kept in their arms

Holding me tight

All through the night

🧸🧸🧸🧸

Teenagers too

Best friends sometimes

Trusting in me

Secrets kept cold

🧸🧸🧸🧸

Adult teddy

Tales I could tell

Things that I’ve seen

Secrets as well

🧸🧸🧸🧸

[A/n: I was introduced to a new form of poetry by Mike Singleton and tried one of these a couple of days ago - here. "The One, Two, Three of Love."

I then thought, is there a four-by-four version of these that suited my OCD personality better? I couldn't find anything, so I invented the 'Quadrabox' poem. Same structure but four - (4 syllables) x (4 lines) x (4 stanzas) in the poem.]

Till next time,

Calvin

Another great piece 😄 I don't have a teddy bear in my bed. I DO have a pink puppy ☺️🫶
