Take a small break to breathe
Slow down and take in everything that you see
Give your brain time to relax, before it’s time to think again
And your body before it’s time to move again
Eat and drink water, take time recharge
Take time for yourself in between thriving towards success

I took a break from cleaning and scrolled on YouTube , Random music videos pop up , One was with a guy named Jelly Roll, my brain went Teddy Swims.
And no I didn’t just realize Teddy Swims and Jelly Roll was two different people; okay maybe I did👉🏾👈🏾🙃🙃 🤣
I asked YouTube if they were the same person and this popped up lol 😂 some people in the comments thought the same thing.

Emily I don't know who any of these people are, I am stuck back in the sixties music wise, I am 74. I bet you never heard of Roy Orbison. He was always my favorite singer. Sorry, I guess I am just old.
