A Poem For Those Who Are In Hard Times
This is a poem to support all my friends who are going through hard times. Sometimes you think you cannot ask for help, I always feel that way myself and wrestle with my demons in my head. I know people love and care for me but I always feel I cannot burden them with my problems, but I will always be there for them.
We really do need to open up so we can get help to heal ourselves.

And I Will Make You Feel Cared For Again

I Care For You And Will Wait For Your Words
I Want You To Feel That You Will Be Heard
I Know That Hurt Can Harm Us All So Much

I Know We Need To Be Alone Sometimes
Staying Silent Is Not A Heinous Crime
Know That I Am Here Each Day For You
I Will Always Make You Feel Loved And True
Take Your Time, I Will Help You Heal Yourself
Sleep Now, And When You Wake, You Will Be Well
