With ruby seeds, a regal crown,
It graces tables all around,
A treasure trove within its core,
Advantages, it does implore.

First, health's embrace, a boon so clear,
Its crimson nectar, far and near,
Abounds with antioxidants might,
To shield our cells, a noble fight.

Within, it bears a wealth of grace,
Vitamins, potassium's embrace,
And fiber's touch, to aid digestion,
Aiding heart and whole complexion.

The pomegranate, revered and bright,
Aids immunity, grants us might,
Against the ills that seek to stray,
Its benefits, they pave the way.
πͺπͺπͺπͺ
In dishes sweet or savory,
Its tangy zest, a symphony,
A burst of flavor, heaven sent,
Enchanting tongues with sweet descent.
